TrulyYou is a digital platform that provides Self-Discovery Tools, AI-Powered Onboarding, and "The Sanctuary," a community where you can interact with peers and "Founding Partner" surgeons.

2. CRITICAL: Not Medical Advice

Your use of the TrulyYou Platform is for informational and emotional support purposes only. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Your use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and TrulyYou or any Founding Partner surgeon.
  • Consult a Qualified Professional: All information on the Platform is for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for a direct, one-on-one consultation with a qualified physician. You must rely on the professional medical advice of your own doctor.
  • AI-Generated Content: Information generated by our AI features is for illustrative purposes only and should never be interpreted as medical fact.

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.
  • Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

The Sanctuary is a space for empathetic and professional interaction. By participating, you agree not to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, abusive, or obscene.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Provide or solicit medical advice.
  • Use the Platform for any unapproved commercial purpose.
  • Share the private information of any third party without their consent.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You retain ownership of the content you create and post in The Sanctuary. By posting, you grant TrulyYou a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display your content in connection with operating the Platform.

6. Voluntary Video Testimonials

Our Platform includes a feature for you to voluntarily record a video testimonial about your experience with a Founding Partner surgeon.

  • Explicit Consent: You will be presented with a clear consent agreement before you record.
  • Promotional Use License: By submitting a testimonial, you grant TrulyYou and your designated Founding Partner a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your video (including your name, image, and voice) for promotional purposes.
  • No Cost: This service is provided at no cost. Your participation is entirely voluntary.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of [Your Company Name, LLC/Inc.] and its licensors. Our trademarks and brand colors (like #16273D and #21998c) may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Founding Partner Surgeons

Founding Partners are independent, board-certified surgeons. TrulyYou is not responsible for their medical services, advice, or conduct. Any business relationship between a surgeon and TrulyYou is governed by a separate agreement.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without notice, if you breach the Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrulyYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify TrulyYou from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
